Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is the minimum number of days my child must attend?
A: I do not require a weekly minimum. Families are welcome to enroll their child for as little as one set day per week, depending on availability.
Q: Do I have to keep the same days each week?
A: For consistency and planning purposes, I do ask that families commit to the same set days each week. If you need flexibility week-to-week (for example, Monday one week, Friday the next, Wednesday the following week) your child would need to enroll in a full-time spot (4-5 days per week). Full time enrollment ensures a reserved space for your child every week, which gives you the flexibility to swap days while still maintaining their guaranteed place in the program. Please feel free to reach out if you'd like to discuss your family's specific schedule. I'm happy to work with you to find the best option for your child.
Q: Do I pay only for the days my child attends?
A: Tuition is based on your reserved schedule, not actual attendance. Your child’s spot is held just for them, so payment is expected for all agreed-upon days, even if they are out due to illness, vacation, or other absences.
Q: Can I add an extra day occasionally?
A: Yes, if I have space available that day, I am able to add a drop in day for your child. Please give as much notice as possible so I can try to accommodate your request.
Q: Do you offer drop-in care?
A: Yes, I do offer drop-in care when space is available. However, all enrollment paperwork must be completed and on file in advance, even if care is only needed occasionally. This ensures a smooth, safe, and legal experience for everyone. I recommend families who may need occasional care to complete the paperwork ahead of time so they're ready when the need arises.
Q: I read you teach Bible lessons, what denomination do you teach?
A: Yes! I have a Bible study program for the children. It is strictly Bible-based and not tied to any specific denomination.
During Bible study, children will:
Q: Do you help potty train children?
A: Yes. I help children who are ready to begin potty training, as long as parents are supporting the process at home. Families can provide pull-ups for use at daycare during the transition.
Once a child has gone two weeks with zero accidents and is able to use the toilet for both pee and poop, they can transition to underwear at daycare. Working together helps ensure a consistent and positive experience for your child.
